HOMEMADE FOR YOU will provide personal chef services to the Client, based on the Client’s objectives. 

Billable Services.

HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s billable services include: collaborating with the client to create a menau that suits the Client’s needs for any project or event; creating a list of necessary ingredients and supplies; any necessary shopping including reasonable travel times; all time spent for food preparation; and other personal chef services which may include preparing the Client’s home for service and post-service cleaning. 

Rate.

HOMEMADE FOR YOU charges $80 per hour of services provided, with a 3–hour minimum required as a non-refundable initial deposit. HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s hourly rate is for services only and does not include expenses and costs incurred by HOMEMADE FOR YOU that are directly associated with the services provided. Personal chef services provided outside of the Baltimore area may incur an additional travel fee per HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s discretion not to exceed its hourly rate. 

Non-refundable Initial Deposit Required.

The Client must remit a non-refundable initial deposit equal to three hours of service at HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s hourly rate prior to HOMEMADE FOR YOU providing any personal chef services. The non-refundable initial deposit must be submitted to HOMEMADE FOR YOU via Zelle to tovaambush@gmail.com unless HOMEMADE FOR YOU expressly agrees otherwise in writing. HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s services will begin only after HOMEMADE FOR YOU confirms that it has received the Client’s non-refundable initial deposit. 

Location of Services.

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will provide personal chef services to the Client in the Client’s home unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Personal chef services provided by HOMEMADE FOR YOU in a location arranged by HOMEMADE FOR YOU that is not the Client’s home will incur an additional cleaning fee, not to exceed $80. 

Nature of Services.

Once HOMEMADE FOR YOU receives the Client’s initial deposit, HOMEMADE FOR YOU will collaborate with the client to create a menu that suits the Client’s needs for any project or event as well as to create a list of necessary ingredients and supplies. 

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will procure all necessary ingredients and supplies for the Client’s service at its hourly rate, unless the Client elects to have all necessary ingredients and supplies prepared in advance of HOMEMADE FOR YOU coming to the Client’s home to provide services. Reimbursement costs for any necessary ingredients or supplies incurred by HOMEMADE FOR YOU will be added to the Client’s final invoice. The Client must inform HOMEMADE FOR YOU whether the Client chooses to prepare all necessary ingredients and supplies. 

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will coordinate with the Client to schedule a date and time to come to the Client’s home to provide personal chef services. The Client’s home must have all equipment necessary for HOMEMADE FOR YOU to be able to complete its service. The availability of specialty equipment for specific requests must be confirmed prior to the date of service. 

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will leave the Client’s home in the same condition of cleanliness as prior to service, unless the Client informs HOMEMADE FOR YOU that the Client would like to arrange otherwise. Personal chef services provided by HOMEMADE FOR YOU in a location arranged by HOMEMADE FOR YOU that is not the Client’s home will incur an additional cleaning fee, not to exceed $80. 

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

All rescheduling and cancellation fees are in addition to the fees for services provided by HOMEMADE FOR YOU. The Client will not be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellation fees if HOMEMADE FOR YOU must reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will not charge a rescheduling fee for appointments rescheduled prior to 48 hours of an appointment. For bookings that are rescheduled within 48 hours of the agreed upon date and time, HOMEMADE FOR YOU will charge an additional $40 rescheduling fee. All rescheduling requests are subject to HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s availability. 

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will not charge an additional cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled by the client prior to 48 hours of a scheduled appointment. Cancellations by the Client within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged an additional fee for the number of service hours that HOMEMADE FOR YOU was scheduled to provide to the Client, not to exceed $240. 

Holiday Season Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s rescheduling and cancellation policy for services scheduled to be provided during a Holiday Season is as follows: HOMEMADE FOR YOU will charge an additional rescheduling fee for appointments rescheduled prior to 48 hours before an appointment during holiday season of $40. For appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of an appointment during holiday season, HOMEMADE FOR YOU will charge an additional $80 rescheduling fee. All rescheduling requests are subject to HOMEMADE FOR YOU’s availability. 

Cancellations by the Client prior to 48 hours of a scheduled appointment during a holiday season will be charged an additional fee for the number of service hours that HOMEMADE FOR YOU was scheduled to provide to the Client, not to exceed $240. Cancellations by the Client within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment during a holiday season will be charged an additional fee for the number of service hours that HOMEMADE FOR YOU was scheduled to provide to the Client, not to exceed $480. 

HOMEMADE FOR YOU and the Client agree that the services provided are or are not scheduled during a holiday season. 

Invoice and Payments.

HOMEMADE FOR YOU will provide the Client with a detailed invoice at the conclusion of its services. All payments must be paid in full within 3 days of conclusion of services unless HOMEMADE FOR YOU expressly agrees otherwise in writing. HOMEMADE FOR YOU accepts payments via Zelle, cash, or personal check. Zelle payments must be submitted to Tova Ambush at tovaambush@gmail.com. No credit cards will be accepted at this time. 

Limitation of Liability.

HOMEMADE FOR YOU shall not be liable to the Client for any loss or damage resulting from any services provided by HOMEMADE FOR YOU, including damages to the Client’s home or equipment. HOMEMADE FOR YOU is also not responsible for any allergic reactions, food poisoning, or any other adverse reaction to the food services provided by HOMEMADE FOR YOU.
